1. Returns Policy
Our return policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, even for defective products.
Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back within 10 business days.
Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized jerseys (with printed name or number) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.
If a customer refuses to accept delivery, the refund will be processed after deducting a 4% transaction fee and ₹50 per 500g as shipping charges.
Refunds are only applicable if the product is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, TopFootball will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost after verification.

Include your Order ID, clear photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns. However, in case of a damaged or incorrect product, TopFootball will bear the shipping cost for the replacement.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the production or dispatch process has not started. If the cancellation is approved after this period, a 4% transaction fee will be deducted. TopFootball reserves the right to accept or decline cancellations.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes can be made only if the package has not been dispatched.
9. Pre-Orders
Yes, pre-orders are available for certain out-of-stock items. Please contact our support team for details on availability and delivery timelines.
