Shipping: Delivery available across all regions of India. If not provided by private courier, we use government courier services like Speedpost or government post, but it’s prepaid.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping time is 8-9 working days.
Processing Time:
- For plain jerseys: 2-4 working days.
- For customized orders: 4-5 working days.
- For mixed orders containing both plain and customized jerseys: 4-5 working days for dispatch.
- Courier pick up will not be done on Sundays and national holidays.
The processing time may extend beyond the timeframe mentioned above at times, due to unanticipated reasons such as:
- Courier pick up getting delayed due to heavy rain/climatic conditions.
- Technical issues from the side of the courier.
- Packages getting unscanned due to pincode unserviceability.
- Delayed stock arrival.
We request our customers to place their orders well before time to receive orders on time.
Shipping Partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, or government courier services if applicable.
Real-time tracking available. The tracking links will be automatically mailed to the customer’s inbox.
Return/Replacement/Refund/Cancellation available as per our policy.

Important:
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- For COD orders, customers who have not updated the correct address and phone number are not eligible. The order will be deleted directly without any confirmation.
- At times, the customer may face delays in order delivery. We assure that this delay will be from the side of courier companies and we only have limited control over the courier processes. We will try our best to escalate the delivery process through the Shiprocket dashboard, but still, we expect our customers to be patient if this happens. Order cancellation and refunds are only available if the courier initiates Return to Origin (RTO) in cases of delays.
